Role Summary

This is an incredible opportunity for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and have an active hand in building and executing our go-to-market strategies. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. We are looking for someone who is both strategic and comfortable with ambiguity. There will be significant opportunities for growth for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Innovate and execute our sales processes including prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, etc.

  • Represent our company's products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with customer research to identify how our solutions meet needs

  • Having effective skills to find potential customers, set meetings, identify target customers, search for the best point of contact and key decision-makers, and bring in a vast amount of sales

  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics

  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets

  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive- and VP- level presentations
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other sales team members and representatives to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as SDR or Inside Sales experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

  • Motivated by achieving targets; willing to learn and hustle to get results, and customer-obsessed

  • Act with integrity, keep commitments, and practice transparency

  • Think boldly, lead with courage, demand the highest standards, drive for results, and act like an owner

  • Individuals with the drive and skill to become field sales representatives in 1 to 2 years

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience or exposure to the concrete and construction industry
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
